some Website Changes/Fixes

hello,

today i have achieved the rank of a forum designer on the forum and i appreciate that alot thanks you matt.

Well there has been changes by me i have done alot to make the forum look great and fun.

Well 1st i added a webclient.You dont need to go to tobex to have a webclient now because you will have your own go to the homepage and click play now to play!
2ndly i have added a new homepage just a TOS for jagex and jagex partners and also a play now and forums button.

Portal and forums have been redone,The board have been fixed.There was a bug on the forum that i had to fix using the display options (FOR STAFF)

New boards have also been added to get posting,
